The following required documents have been uploaded and will be sent with the application form.
Hereby I confirm having followed the training guidelines of the IAPA in the training and send the filled out Proof of training for rescuer per direct upload to the IAPA. Multiple files can be selected with CTRL ( for Mac with cmd ) . Only PDF or JPG files allowed . The file name must not contain special characters , underscores are allowed ! Dateiupload (Voluntary upload) Allowed file formats: Everything except for .php, .sql, .bat Voucher: The certification will normally be done within 4 weeks after submitting the complete application form. In case you did not fill in valid voucher codes you will receice the invoice afterwards per mail.
